Let’s talk about a little-explored chat here on our show: customer service. LinkedIn has analyzed some of the top and fastest growing careers in Brazil. Of the 25 fastest growing positions, at least seven are related to customer service. A job that, many times, is not exactly in the IT sector, but is related to technology. One of the vacancies, for example, is for the development of chat bots.
That’s why, on this show, Wagner Wakka sits down with Ju Fraccaroli, a customer service specialist, to talk about opportunities in the sector.
