As the complaints started to pile up, Microsoft stepped up and reported the issue. “We are investigating an issue that is impacting multiple Microsoft 365 services,” the company said.

Also according to the statement, the instability affected Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Graph, PowerBi and Microsoft 365 Admin Center services. However, the error may have impacted differently in each region.

Through the official Microsoft 365 Status Twitter profile, the company stated that it “undid a network change that may have caused the problem”. Apparently, the solution had an effect and users were able to access the platforms again.
