Twitter will be Google's new home to answer questions and help Android users. The company announced this week that it will answer questions from the operating system community by the hashtag #AndroidHelp. Just send your problem through the social network and a team member must respond with the @Android account.
The announcement came from the official Android profile on Twitter: “Do you have any questions regarding your Android? We're here to help. Now, you can get assistance by posting your hashtag issue #AndroidHelp ”.
Have questions related to your #Android 📱? We’re here to help. Now, you can get assistance by tweeting your issue using hashtag #AndroidHelp.

In a statement, the company said the team could help with general issues such as identity, account authentication, accessibility and security. After the message, a number of users have already asked questions about specific smartphone issues, which were not exactly related to the operating system. Google has not yet informed, however, how it intends to do the problem filter.
