The long-awaited DLC of Resident Evil 4 Remake is finally on its way. A Capcom revealed during the State of Play this Thursday (14) that the extra Separate Ways (or Different Paths, as it will be called here) is finally on its way to the acclaimed game, placing anti-heroine Ada Wong at the center of the action. And the good news is that you won’t have to wait long to check out the new content, as it literally arrives next week.
As presented during the event, the DLC will be available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Series S and PC starting on September 21st. This means that you can now prepare your weapons to face the Ganados in this cursed village again — but this time, with much more style.
The announcement had been speculated by fans for a long time. Not just for Separate Ways be one of the fans’ most beloved additional content within the entire franchise resident Evil, but for the simple fact that Capcom has been suggesting the extra for a few months now. So, it is a wait that finally comes to an end.
In the DLC, players will follow a parallel story to that of the main campaign. Resident Evil 4 Remake it presents. While the central story shows Leon Kennedy’s efforts to rescue the president’s daughter, the additional content will focus on Ada Wong and her own journey in the village — and how this sometimes helps, sometimes hinders the protagonist. Additionally, it shows more of the villain Wesker’s plans, in addition to having much more action-oriented gameplay, as the trailer already makes clear.
In Brazil, Separate Ways will be available for R$53.90 on PlayStation, R$51.50 on Xbox and R$48 on Steam.

The first is that the game will also receive a free update on September 21st that will add new content to the Mercenaries mode. And, as you may have imagined, the update will add Ada and Wesker as playable characters within this more action-oriented section.
For PlayStation VR2 owners, an update is scheduled to arrive on the PS5 version of the game that will allow you to transform into Leon and fight to survive against the Ganados. The content does not yet have a date and was only promised for the beginning of 2024. On the other hand, it was confirmed that the new feature will be free.
