The new The Crew Motorfest finally arrived on consoles and PC this Thursday (14) and Ubisoft brought some very interesting news to present the latest chapter of its racing game to a greater number of people. Instead of bringing a demo or something like that, the company released the game for free to everyone for a limited time.
So, you can download the game and test it for five hours — enough time to learn about the different game modes and still enjoy the landscapes of Hawaii, where the title takes place.
However, if you are interested and want to take advantage of the test The Crew Motorfest, you need to pay attention to the dates. That’s because Ubisoft only released the game for a few days. Therefore, this five-hour period can only be used until next Sunday, September 17th.
The good news is that, if you are enchanted by the high-speed battles and want to continue your campaign, you will be able to take the progress you made during the test to the full game if you decide to buy it.
How to download The Crew Motorfest for free
To download the new The Crew Motorfest, there is not much mystery. The game is available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Series S and PC and just search for the game in the store to find the download option.
In the case of Sony systems, for example, the game page on the PlayStation Store already has a button to download the so-called Trial version. And although an active PlayStation Plus account is not required to download — as with other test titles — a subscription is necessary to access the game’s online content.
On Xbox, the logic is practically the same. The only care that players need to take is to find the basic version of The Crew Motorfestas the store also offers Gold and Ultimate packages, which do not have a button to download the free period.
On PCs, the five free hours are easier to obtain, as the title is available through the Ubisoft Store, the developer’s store. So, just access the game page to find the Free Trial options.
